How long will it take to build my home?

Usually 5-7 months from the time that we can actually dig the hole for the foundation. It can take longer if extended periods of adverse weather take place during the construction cycle. Note: It can take from 2 weeks to over 3 months to get to the point of basement excavation. This will depend on the amount of plan customization that is necessary and the building permit approval time.

How will rainy or winter weather affect the structure of my home?

Most of today’s building materials are designed to be weather tolerant. Subfloor material, roof sheathing, and most other materials are engineered to withstand rain and snow conditions. We are limited however, with the placement and installation of some building materials such as paint and concrete. Scheduling delays sometimes arise when we have to wait to install these products.
